Virginia here! It’s that time of year again.
Once again, Sydney and I hit the road to visit some of our favorite schools, and see how they were wearing their OTBTs for the fall season. We packed up all of our favorite fall booties, wedges, and athleisure sneakers, and headed out to Nashville, Athens, Clemson, and Chapel Hill, eager to get feedback on some of our newest fall styles!
With fall underway and the temperatures slowly dropping, we noticed that hats, sweaters, and closed toe shoes all started to pop up on the different campuses. When it came to putting together their outfits for the day, the girls we met with told us that comfort is key. So we were pretty excited to show them some of our comfortable new women’s shoes for fall!
Here’s what our college friends told us about how they wear their OTBTs!
When it comes to style, shoes are becoming more of a statement piece. Our college friends told us that they like to style their outfit around their shoes, instead of using them to complement to the rest of their look. And when it comes to fun statement shoes, the Santa Fe in New Red is our number one pick! With their western design, hand whip stitch detailing, and fun eggplant color, these comfortable ankle boots are sure to make an excellent focal point for any fall outfit.
Next, we talked about the importance of versatility when it comes to women’s shoes. Since fall is a busy season with football, recruitment, and homecoming all wrapped up in one semester, it’s important to have shoes that can pull double-duty and be worn for multiple occasions.
