1. If a delivery address needs to be changed after your order has shipped, a $15 redirect fee will be charged to your original payment method.
2. If a delivery is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid shipping address, or if the recipient was unavailable to receive the package during UPS's delivery attempts; a $10 return to sender fee per pair of shoes will be charged to your original payment method.

Love OTBT shoes, but located outside of the US? No problem. We offer international shipping options through DHL for select countries. Shipping and return shipping fees apply. You may also be charged an additional Duty fee upon package arrival.
