We happily accept returns of regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange. Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days will receive a store credit. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. All sale items and international orders are final. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unworn and in its original condition. Otherwise, a restocking fee may apply.

Return shipping
You have two options for returning your item:
- Use your own shipping label.
- Use a prepaid shipping label from us for $10, which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
These options are available to customers within the contiguous United States.
If we sent you the wrong item or a damaged product (full price or sale items), we will provide a free return shipping label and provide a full credit to original payment within 30 days of receipt.

Ordered with Email: If you placed your order using your email address, follow the return request steps below.

Ordered with Phone Number or Account Issues: In all other cases, including orders placed with a phone number, login issues, or a preference for direct customer service, please email hello@otbtshoes.com to request a return.

Requesting return using online account

Log in to your account at https://account.otbtshoes.com/
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive email from us with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. If the request request can not be processed then you will receive email from us and we will work with you on reasons and options.
After the returned product is received in our returns department, you will receive a refund. Depending on the condition of the packaging, product appropriate restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange
To exchange an item, please follow our standard return process and then place a new order for the item you want. We will refund your original order once we receive the returned item.
