Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to LOVE the pairs you wear. That's why we are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS and full refund to your original payment method for 30 days after the original purchase date.

Items must be unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Shoes returned with a damaged shoe box will be subject to a $5 re-boxing fee.

Returns made after the 30 day return period will not receive a refund or store credit. Please allow 10-15 days for your return to be processed. Expedited shipping charges, and shipping charges that were incurred by not using the return shipping method below are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

To return your shoes, please follow these steps:
  • Request a free return shipping label by contacting customer service via our contact form Here. Include your name, order number, and date of purchase in the body of the email. A free return label will be sent to you via email.
  • Place your unworn shoes in the original undamaged shoe box with all included packaging.
  • Print and include a copy of your order confirmation or shipping confirmation e-mail, and include it in your return.
  • Print and affix the provided free return shipping label to your shipping box, and drop it at any UPS store - free of charge!

How to Exchange an Item

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like something different than what you ordered, please follow the above instructions to return your original purchase. You may make a new purchase at any time for the adjusted product, color, size, etc that you prefer.
