Q: TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF AND HOW YOU STARTED YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY.
"I started my fitness journey at a young age. I was a competitive level 10 gymnast so I’ve always been active. Once retiring from the sport due to a back injury, I wanted to continue on with my fitness lifestyle.

"I started lifting in the gym and loved the feeling of being strong. I noticed a huge transformation in my body and in the way I felt!"

Q: YOU LIVE SUCH AN INSPIRING LIFESTYLE, AND YOU ARE ALWAYS SO ACTIVE. WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP MOVING?
"I stay motived with my training because of the goals I have! There are so many skills I want to accomplish, and if I don’t train for them, I won’t get to where I want to go. This also brings excitement to my training as well!"

Q: HAS IT BEEN TOUGH TO STAY ACTIVE DURING THE PANDEMIC, AND HOW HAVE YOU MANAGED TO MAINTAIN AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE?
"During the pandemic I actually stayed pretty consistent! All because I created a healthy habit of movement early on. I already knew my workouts were going to make me feel great and ready for the day! They kept me energized and in a healthy mindset."

Q: WHAT WERE SOME OF YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGES IN 2021, AND HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
"My biggest challenge of 2021 was transition. I graduated high school in 2020."

"So becoming a certified coach and starting my own business right out of high school has been a journey."

"It hasn’t been easy, but sharing my love for health and fitness with others is something worth working for! I want to inspire others to find their own healthy life."

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS FOR 2022? OR ANTI-RESOLUTIONS?
"I have so many goals for 2022, I want to continue to grow my online fitness training business as well as my app, finish off the gymnastics competition season strong with my little gymnasts, work on some video shoots or model for more companies, travel more, and obviously try more OTBT shoes!"

Q: WHAT ARE SOME TIPS FOR OUR READERS TO STAY ACTIVE IN 2022

"Want to stay active in 2022? Don’t give up on yourself!"

"Way too often people don’t see results fast enough and they fall off the course. There is so much in store if you just stay consistent! Results take time, but it is so worth it! Motivation won’t always be there and that’s why you have to create consistent/healthy habits now."

Q: WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT OTBT, AND HOW DO WE HELP YOU MOVE?
